AVAILABILITY

Because our pieces are handmade in the USA, some orders may require 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If any item in your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order placement via the email address provided during the order checkout with an estimated date of shipment. We will need confirmation from you via email to process your order.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Orders are orders in which the client requests specific alterations to our jewelry designs. Custom Orders require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as our artisan jewelry is designed and handmade in the USA. Custom Orders must be paid in full before the order is processed. ORDERS NOT FULFILLED

Occasionally, we may have recently sold out of an item which you ordered, and have not yet had the opportunity to remove it from our site. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will contact you to determine if you would like to substitute for another item, place a special order for the sold out item or cancel your order. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.

SALES TAX 

We collect sales and use taxes for sales shipped to the States of Florida and New York at the rates of six percent (6.0%) and seven percent (7.0%), respectively, which are the minimum combined (state, and county, city and/or local, if applicable) sales taxes applicable to each state. To the extent that the actual sales tax liability with respect to a specific sale is higher than the amount collected from the customer, we will report the actual sales tax liability and pay the extra amount.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Standard shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for a charge of $15 (delivery in 2 to 3 business days, excluding Sunday.) Overnight shipping is available via FedEx Priority Overnight for a charge of $40 (delivery by 3pm the following business day.) All shipments are insured and require signature confirmation upon receipt. RETURNS

Items purchased from our inventory may be exchanged or returned, if in unworn condition, within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase for another piece of jewelry, or a full refund. Credits issued will not include shipping charges. If you choose to exchange or return an item, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a Return Authorization number that must be included with the item(s) being returned in order to process a credit. In addition to a Return Authorization number, returned jewelry must be enclosed in its original packaging and insured for its full retail value. Custom orders and sized rings are FINAL sales and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.


SIZED RINGS

If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend that you visit a reputable jeweler in your area for a proper sizing. A $50.00 fee will be applied to each sizing. Sized rings are FINAL sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.


A NOTE ABOUT OUR JEWELRY

We do our best to accurately represent our jewelry in photos and descriptions, however, even the best photographs cannot reflect the color and sparkle of our handpicked gemstones. Natural inclusions and slight variation in stone color are what make your piece special and distinct. Due to the handmade nature of our designs, each piece is unique and may vary minimally.
